Oak firewood is a popular choice for many people who use firewood for heat as well as smoke meat, fish or veg. The wood is very dense, heavy and provides excellent heat for your home. When wet or high moisture, the oak we provide will produce excellent smoke and flavour for meats & fish. Although oak is sometimes used in pizza ovens, we reccomend using beech or olive wood as the heat produced will be higher.
Spark-free burning firewood, made exclusively from 100% sustainable sources. Free of mould, mildew and pests due to kiln drying. Comes in 40L sacks for HORECA and retail.
